Duct humidifier

Ducted humidifiers are ideal for large warehouses or similar environments where humidity needs to be distributed through air ducts. They can be connected to existing HVAC ducts or installed with dedicated ductwork. When integrating with existing HVAC systems, all design calculations must be reviewed to select an appropriately sized duct-mounted humidifier.

Evaporative humidifiers

Evaporative humidifiers operate on the basic principle of evaporation, typically using a fan to disperse moisture. They are equipped with a built-in water storage tank and are generally suited for small to medium-capacity applications such as small offices and warehouses.

Greenhouse cooling Humidifiers

Industrial Steam humidifier

Steam humidifiers are commonly used for industrial environments, especially large-volume areas. These units contain a small water tank where water is heated electrically and converted into steam. The generated steam is then dispersed into the space to maintain the desired humidity level. They are particularly effective in low-temperature environments such as cold rooms and walk-in freezers.

Mist Spray, high-pressure Humidifiers

High-pressure mist spray humidifiers increase humidity by forcing water into a fine mist under high pressure. These are widely used for large-scale applications. Water is atomized into extremely small particles using pressurized systems, making them suitable for buildings, hospitals, and similar facilities. The nozzles are connected to a loop of high-pressure pipes and operate using compressed air to generate the mist. Multiple nozzles can function from a single compressor setup. These systems are also used in industrial settings including cold rooms and walk-in freezers.

Large room humidifiers with higher output capacity are designed for spacious areas such as living rooms, home theaters, and auditoriums. These units typically include a water tank and a fan that vaporizes and distributes moisture into the air to maintain comfortable humidity levels.

Static Electricity Humidifiers

In commercial and industrial environments, metal frames and equipment can accumulate static electricity when humidity levels are too low. This can occur in places like hotels, factories, and office buildings. Industries such as printing presses and paper processing facilities particularly benefit from increasing humidity using humidifiers to reduce static buildup.

Ultrasonic Humidifiers

Ultrasonic humidifiers operate using high-frequency sound waves to break water into fine mist particles. They are ideal for quiet environments due to their low-noise operation and efficient moisture production.
